EnergyVue is committed to conducting its business ethically in every country where it does business as well as complying with all applicable laws.

Together with the policies and business practices, the EnergyVue Code of Conduct serves as a practical guide to help us make the right legal and ethical choices.

The EnergyVue Group has adopted its Code to ensure honest and ethical conduct, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and fairness with clients, suppliers, competitors and employees.

The positive impact of introducing occupational(RSCoP) health and safety (OH&S), both on the reduction of hazards and risks and on productivity, is worldwide recognized worldwide.

The guidelines on EnergyVue’s policy have been based on OHSAS 18001 International standard and the successor DIS ISO 45001, ILO-OSH 2001 and WHO Global Plan of Action on Workers’ Health (2008-2017).

The main principle is that the employer and the employees are both accountable for and have a duty in conjunction to the occupational health and safety.

EnergyVue Services Limited strictly prohibits the use of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. We have and will continue to be committed to implementing systems and controls aimed at ensuring that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our organisation or in any of our supply chains. We expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.

EnergyVue is committed to being a living wage employer. We will pay our employees the Living Wage or above to ensure that our employees and their families can stay out of poverty. We will encourage all employers both directly and through their sub-contractors and promote the Living Wage principles when there are opportunities to so.

The Responsible Sourcing Code of Practice is applicable to all suppliers of goods and services, including branded and own brand suppliers in all sourcing countries. Suppliers are expected to establish management systems for implementing the RSCOP and maintain records demonstrating compliance. It is important that their workers and those in their supply chains understand their rights set out in the RSCOP.

In applying the RSCOP, suppliers must also comply with all relevant national and other applicable laws. Suppliers are encouraged to exceed the standards set out in the RSCOP to drive improvements in labour standards. Companies trading with EnergyVue are expected to be compliant in meeting their contractual requirements and all relevant EnergyVue policies.
